Exclusive Promotion for First-Time Clients

These Terms & Conditions outline the eligibility, commission benefit, promo code and referral benefits applicable to Oriental Realty’s First-Time Client Promotion.

Eligible first-time clients will receive a 5% commission benefit on the agreed agency commission when their property is successfully Sold or Rented through Oriental Realty.

This promotion is available to first-time clients of Oriental Realty who engage the Agency for the sale or rental of their property, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The 5% commission benefit applies to one qualifying property transaction per client and cannot be applied to multiple transactions by the same client.

Eligible first-time clients must quote promo code ORIENTAL5 when making their enquiry or engaging Oriental Realty to be considered for the promotion.

All engagements with Oriental Realty remain subject to the applicable Estate Agency Agreement, including the agreed agency commission and other terms of engagement.

Promo code ORIENTAL5 may also be used by eligible first-time clients referred by existing Oriental Realty clients, subject to verification by the Agency.

Oriental Realty reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable requirements.

The 5% commission benefit under this promotion cannot be combined with any other commission discount, rebate or promotional offer, unless otherwise agreed by Oriental Realty.
